We’ve also arranged for you to enjoy three unforgettable adventures during your stay.

The first is a spectacular sunrise hot air balloon ride over Sedona’s stunning red rock canyons. Lift off in the early morning, watching as the sun comes up and the world below begins to wake and stir. With your experienced pilot, you’ll float calmly with air currents, taking in panoramic views of the natural wonders and wildlife of the Arizona landscape, and learning more about the geology and history of the area. After over an hour of flight time, you’ll enjoy a peaceful landing and champagne toast to celebrate the experience.

That evening, you’ll end an incredible day with a special Southwestern cooking class, led by a local chef at a private, Sedona residence. Experiment with the flavors and ingredients of authentic Southwest cuisine and learn traditional techniques that bring the dishes to life. During this three-hour class, you’ll work side-by-side with the chef to prepare an extraordinary dinner and then sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor.

The next morning, we have another outdoor adventure planned: a private Red Rocks Jeep tour through Diamondback Gulch or Sedona’s spectacular Western canyons or a private, guided half-day hike. 

For the Jeep tour, you’ll head out in an open-air 4x4 vehicle to explore off-road canyon trails that twist and turn beneath towering red rock formations. On the hike, you’ll take in the breathtaking scenery and deep canyon wonders of Sedona with an experienced naturalist guide, as you explore some of the area’s most popular trails. With either excursion, you’ll get an up-close look at Sedona’s incredible geological features while learning about the fascinating history, culture, and wildlife that make the area so unique.

In between this getaway’s planned activities, you’ll have plenty of free time to get out and experience more of Sedona on your own. Rent a mountain bike and explore local trails on two wheels. Recharge with a visit the famous Sedona Vortexes. Stroll through town and visit the shops and galleries at Tlaquepaque Village. Sign up for a pottery class at Sedona Arts Center. Tour the nearby Palatki and Hokanki Heritage Sites to view ancient cliff dwellings and pictographs. Relax with a spa treatment at L’Apothecary. Or spend an afternoon checking out the wineries and tasting rooms along the Verde Valley Wine Trail in Arizona’s wine country, just a half-hour drive away.
